Contacting Ex or stalking on facebook which leads more strong unforgettable memory, Social media will be dangerous when dealing with a break up. Don’t post anything related to breakup and try blocking your ex or at least un-friend from your friends list.

Restore your phone and delete all the photos of your ex. Photos may remind you the past. Un-friend or block your ex on all social media platforms, so that you don’t stalk on them.

Be confident enough to forget and you will forget ASAP. Confidence is the key.
