How to live a positive happy life?





Happiness is important not just to show others but also for your mind to live fulfill life. In life things we do either makes us happy or sad. Thinking matters most for being happy. Why to be sad, when we have a better option – Happy. To live a simple/good life we need to change our self. There is no secret to a happy life, being happy is a secret.

Here are some tips for happy life (Mind, Body & Life) or habits to be happy in life and increase you’re energy level.

Mind

  •  Meditate Daily: Meditation is the real thing which makes your mind peaceful and to be positive enough to tackle any bad situation. It gives increased concentration, result focused, strong positive energy. According to research regular meditation can decrease anxiety, depression level and negative thinking.

  •      Smiling rehearse: This may sounds awkward, As per research smiling in front of mirror increases confident level. Five sense are all connected to our mind. When eyes sees you smiling it automatically gives signals to your brain that your happy.

  •     Kill Negative Thoughts: Thoughts, You may call it as the one(Yourself) whom you talk most of the day. It's better to have good thoughts then bad one. Try being in present and change the way seeing things around you. Meditation helps you in controlling your thoughts. To be happy change the way you think.

Body 

  • Exercise Daily: Exercise makes you fit and healthy. Healthy life means Happier life. People have forgotten the main goal/success is healthier life. Try gym, jogging, aerobics exercise.

  • Healthy Food:  Eat right things you feel better both mentally and physically. Junk foods will ruin your health and make you uncomfortable. You may need more patience to be happy while you’re sick. 

  • Laziness: Don’t be too late to grab some happy moment. Get up and make yourself involve in others. Today’s generation biggest issue is technology which doesn’t let us go out. We are settled in a room of carbon-di-oxide.


Life

  •   Spending Time with Loved one: We have time to talk to an unknown person online but we don’t have time to talk with our loved one. Kill your social networks and Try to spend time with real loved one, go out with them for a walk or movie and have some laugh.

  • Forgive: Grudge, holding it will harm you and the relationship. We can’t change the past, instead take a deep breath and forgive the person and be happy. Try to let go your anger because the one whom you’re angry is your friend and every one does mistake, no one is perfect. Think about his/her positive sides.

  • Feel the Nature: As said earlier, wake up from your room and join the nature. Visit a local park, Take a walk feel the Fresh air, touching you and the trees smiling, it will all be a refresher. Stop depending on manmade things so called technology.


Read books, Make books your best friends you may learn many things. -
What is the meaning of life - Set goals for your life but our main goal should be “Stay Healthy and Be Happy”.
